Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am currently involved in a custody case against my girlfriend for our 5 month old son. I am retired and a full time dad. I own my own home and have been his primary caretaker since he was born. I also have custody of 3 children from my 1st marriage. I have also been diagnosed with bipolar disorder after a stroke, but it is well controlled through meds and therapy. I have detailed records of my weekly visits with my dr for the last 4 years. This woman really has serious issues. She had me, my entire family as well as anyone that meets her fooled. She is extremely violent and manipulative. Well, I attempted to end the relationship a few weeks ago because of the stress she was putting on me and all the children. She didn't take that well. I said I'd still keep caring for the baby the way I have been. I was the babys primary caretaker while she worked and even got up all night with him. Anyway, she claims that I punched he and had me arrested, took the baby, had me thrown out of my own home and has an order of protection against me. I have since been allowed back in the house, but the baby is being alienated from me. The charges are being lowered from a misd to a violation for lack of evidence. I found a box here in plain view. right in my closet with years worth of personal diaries describing violent, abusive, manipulative, behavior. They are very detailed and I want to know if they would be admissible in court for the custody hearing.
