Legal separation
I gave my husband a separation draft, drawn up by my lawyer, 3 months ago. He has yet to sign or tell me what he disagrees with. He has a lawyer who can not seem to connect with mine to discuss matters. In NY state is there a time limit regarding how long he can take before signing?

No. There is no time limit concerning a settlement agreement of this nature. Parties must be free to enter into agreements without outside pressure.
