Legal Question in Family Law in New York

lieing to keep me from seeing him

She claims I do drugs and drink I do nither. She hates me because I date her soon to be ex. Can she put me in the middle of this in family court with what she calls verifed suspesions. Can she keep from spending time with his son on the weekends he has him? I do not do drugs or drink this is a lie.

The Ex is having a difficult time dealing with her ex-hubby moving on. If you want to defeat her, offer to random drug testing and have her husband demand that she do likewise.

His attorney needs to get into this hard and attack the attacker. Be sure you want this relationship, it is going to get worse before it ever gets better.
