im living in long island, ny , my husband and I are together almost 2 years and 6 months of marriage .. marriage does not work anymore, I have been the victim of beatings, insults moral damages and other things, my husband always tells me that I have no right to anything because I am not llegal in this country.my question is I can get support from my husband __

Yes you have rights and if you are able to prove that he was abusive, then you can become legal through WAVA. Speak to a divorce lawyer and an immigration lawyer as well. Otherwise contact FJC in Brooklyn NY and see whether they can help as well.
