Marital law - post-nup

Is it possible to have a post-nup agreement that one party will not be responsible for the debt of the other party? My husband has piled up debt without my knowlege in his name, but now I understand it's marital debt. Without divorcing him, can I use a legal document to have him be legally liable for his debt or for the debt moving forward?

Yes, but he must agree and sign the document.
