I got married in 1982 and thinking that my wife had divorced my married someone else in 1990. I just found out that I am not divorced from my first wife, can I get an annulment from my second marriage?

No.

Your second "marriage" is not a marriage at all - if you were not divorced from the first marriage, your second one is not a legal marriage. However, that's not the end of it. You may have committed the crime of bigamy. (Pay no attention to bloggers who insist this is not a crime in New York. See Section 255.15 of the Penal Law, it's a Class E Felony.)

Run, do not walk, to an attorney to get this matter resolved.
