Legal Question in Family Law in New York

NY Common law marriage

I was marriedin June 1993 in a church. My divorce papers from previous marriage was received Oct. 1993. She says we arent legally married. We live together, raise 6 kids, and then renew our vows in June of 2007. We then then move to Georgia in Oct. 2008. Seperate March of 2009, I move back to NY. She still says we were never legally married. Is this true? If not, can I file for divorce here in NY, or in Georgia?

There is no common law marriage in New York.
