i have a NY Court order for child support for my 13 year old son..his father recently passed leaving a multi-million dollar estate which is in probate in his home state of NV..no wife, no other children. Do i have a valid claim against estate to enforce continuation of child support?

No its extinguished but your child may have an inheritance where you may be the trustee.
