NYS child support bonuses

When configuring CS does the courts take into account bonuses that the NCP may receive? These bonuses are not consistent and will vary from year to year depending on how the company does financially... But the bonuses could be substantial... such as $30-$60k a year. What about ONE time only bonuses for staying on at a particular plant to help in its closing?

Unfortunately, the bonuses even one time bonuses, may be factored into your income. If the bonus is in your prior year's W-2 then the court will include that in determining income for your obligation amount.
