Legal Question in Family Law in New York

If there is an order of child support and the non custodial parent who had vacated the premises returns to live in the house but is not paying the temporary order of support nor contributing any monies toward rent, bills and food, can a request be made an honored at the final order of support hearing for him to pay an additional amount toward food, rent and bills in excess of the maximum child support amount? We are both on the lease so I legally cannot get him out of the apartment yet he is utilizing the utilities and eatting the food I am struggling to put on the table for the kids.
