Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have been ordered by the court to pay child support arrears. the amount which was ordered by the court is $72.00 per wk. I have two separate jobs & my checks are being garnished from each job for the amount of $72.00 per wk which is more the the mandatory court ordered amount of $72.00 per wk. also my entire tax return has been taken as well for an amount that was well of two thousand dollars. my question can the taken of the amounts which are well over the court ordered amount be taken legally when I am only ordered to pay the amount of $72.00 & is it also legal for it to be taken from each job. Please be advised that I am not paying an actual child support payment, just the arrears.

I thank you in advance for your time and diligence in regards to this matter.
