Legal Question in Family Law in New York

so my parents are divorced, and I currently live with my mom. but I want to live with my dad. what age can I decide who I want to live with?

Hopefully your parents have such an understanding that you can discuss this with them rather than be unhappy. However, if you cannot experess your desires to them it would depend on what the custody situation is and your present age.
