Re: personal property

He should give her notice in writing by regular and certified mail that she should remove her property from his premises within a certain period of time. Provide a reasonable opportunity and period of time for her to arrange removal. He should also include an inventory of her things and request her response in writing, if she objects to anything included in his letter. Also [Please] advise her that after "the" period, her things WILL BE REMOVED from the premises.

Then, after the period put the items in storage, in her name. He should pay for the storage for a few months and NOTIFY HER in writing by regular and certified mail, of the location of her property and the contract terms of storage; and her need to pay the storage place, if she wants to keep her things.

THEN, Your father will be finished with this business; and he will have acted in a respectful and honorable way toward an EX.....

GOOD LUCK,

Re: personal property

He should ask her what she wants to do with her property. If she refuses to pick it up, or allow him to drop it off, he should store it and charge her rent for storing her property.
