pregnant with another man's child

I am married and want to have a child.

My husband doesn't and I can't

biologically. Can I go to a fertility doctor

and be impregnated with another man's

sperm if my husband won't let me use

his?

ok, you have an absolute right to bear children in any circumstance. You probably want to know whether use of sperm not your husbands would be akin to an adultery which could give your husband grounds for divorce in NY. Note that this issue would not arise in any other state because ny is still not a no fault divorce jurisdiction. And yes, a case could possibly be made that that would be like an adultery
