How can I put my case in the system to have a COLA increase. I never signed up for it.

I am assuming that you have not signed up for Child Support Enforcement Services and that your co-parent was not ordered to pay support through the Support Collection Unit. You can do so by calling and/or visiting your local CSE office, providing them with your child support order and other vital information. The CSE will review your child support order for COLA increases every two years. The NYS website for these services is: https://newyorkchildsupport.com/child_support_services.html. Locate the child support services application on the website and go from there.

Good Luck.
