Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am a former resident of Manhattan, but I live in New Jersey and work in NYC. I was served child support petition at my job under the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act. The petition has my former NYC address. The child and mother live in New Jersey. Does the NYC court have jurisdiction over this matter?

Since the New York court probably exercised jurisdiction, technically it still retains jurisdicition. Howover, when the court hears that mother, father and child all reside in another state, I would expect that the petition would be dismissed or the case transferred.
