Legal Question in Family Law in New York

respected sir my question is ...i am indian citizen live in nyc nd my wife she is indian born but american citizen... she married to me for last 3years ..nd she went to india for 2 weeks nd i come to know ..she is legally married in india before married to me .....both marriages going same time nd she got diviorce from that guy 2 months ago......i want can i take any legal action against her .............plz let me know sir.....

Based on what you told me, your marriage to her was invalid. In other words, you were never legally married to her.
