the safety of my child
my husband is engaging an extramarital relationship with another person .An aggressive and domestic violence. we are married for 8 years ,he left the house , I got pregnant and did not support me during pregnancy. now the baby is 1 year old and gives me for child support once in a while. He served me to court for visitation to bring the baby to this aggressive person's residence. I live in ny and tomorrow I have to see him at the court room.
please help me

You have every right to bring up any negative issues that may affect the safety of your child with the court, and your lawyer... I would suggest also having your lawyer file documentation to ensure you get child support permanently for the child...
