selling a jointly owned home

My husband & i jointly own a home .I currently have an order of protection on him & we have been separated for a year.He refuses to agree to sell the home .Is there a way he can be forced to sell the home.

Selling the property may be achieved through divorce proceedings, in which you can agree or be ordered to sell the property.
