Legal Question in Family Law in New York

separated Oct 2011 she moved out Jan2012 lives with boyfriend. Made deal she signed the house over to me as long as I pay off all of our debt. House is in my name for a year and a half and Ive been paying off all the debt. now I want the divorce to happen, she says half of everything in the house is hers still, even though she took a ton of stuff when she moved out. does she have any legal right to the things in my house like she says

When you start the divorce action your attorney can explain the circumstances to the court to try and convince them that she waived her right to equitable distribution of the household contents.
