Each courthouse has a law library and the librarian can direct you to the rules of evidence. There are no standard stipulations or memorandums but if you look up some matrimonial appeals some forms may be included as exhibits. You might want to hire a lawyer just to help you prepare forms, if you don't wish to have one for trial. Also you never know the outcome with a trial. The Judge gets to decide who is more believable and may skew the decision based upon that. A settlement is guaranteed, at least in theory and wile you may not get everything you want you should get at least the basics.
