Legal Question in Family Law in New York

stressed out about going back to court !!!

station in korea, i'm in the army i just received court papers the custodial parent is filing for a modification of previous orders for childs medical expenses. i have to submit my recent pay stub since i'm station in korea for a year i receive some xtra pay (save pay, bah, cola, fsp) but all that will be taken away once i get back in october 2008, i have a wife and 2yr old son who live in NY while i'm in korea, my concern is; will the judge factor in the extra pay, i have to support my wife and child too i already pay 400 a month in child support .... if the judge was to factor in the extra pay can i file for a new modification when i get back to the states?and if i do how can i file a for a modification if i don't live in that sate? i'm afraid the judge will not give a damm about my wife and son i have to support. thanks
