teenage rights

my daughter is 17 and lives in texas with her father and wants to move back home with me her mother in New York is she old enough to do so?

It depends on the laws in Texas. Chances are that a court would let a 17 year old decide where she should stay, but until she is 18 she is under the court's orders in Texas.
