Legal Question in Family Law in New York

if i have an unfounded cps claim what legal action can i taske against the accuser? i am in the middle of a divorce and have been forced for 4 months now to run ragged to see my kids for 6 hours a week.

Unfortunately, in most cases none. This kind of thing happens frequently in divorce cases, and there isn't really any remedy unless you can prove that other party knowingly filed a false report - something that's a lot harder to do than it sounds.
