Violation of Setlement Argreement

Living in New York and I am divorce, I self represented myself. I have legal joint custody of my 2 yr. old daughter. My Ex-wife move back to my home state(Michigan) with my daughter I did not sign off on that and I believe it�s more than 75-100 miles I have not seen my daughter in 5 months which is causing emotional dis-stress; what do you suggestion that I do?

You have to immediately file a Family Court petition for enforce custody and/or visitation.
