Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My wife is pushing/filing for a separation. I do not want to leave(have 2 boys 11/7). I am and have been meeting all of my financial obligations. She has a lawyer and she is requesting that i send a copy of my bank statement and a profit share statement, and this will "complete" the paperwork that they need.. Do I have to send this info, and also, since I have no intention on leaving, do I still have to pay her any child support??

First, you do not have to leave unless a Judge orders you to leave.

If there is no domestic violence then that prob will not happen.

Do not voluntarily move-out.

Second, you do not have to provide anything to her attorney until there is a case filed

and a formal demand for a Statement of Ner Worth is demanded in writing.

Third, if you remain living together (do not move out) you do not pay child support.

Last, you need an attorney. There are many issues to discuss.
