My ex wife has been receiving half my pension for a while but I also get around $250 taking out of my pension for survivor benefits. My wife has agreed to change the agreement so she doesn't have survivor benefits anymore and so I can get the extra $250 a month from my pension. So I just wanted to know what I have to do now to get this done.

If this payment is made under court order, the court order has to be modified.
