If you filled out the FMLA form and you use your sick,personal and vacation days for treatment do those days get counted towards your FMLA days? New York, New York

No, sick time and vacation are not part of FMLA calculations. Your employer, however, may require that you exhaust all paid time off (vacation, sick etc) before you are granted FMLA time off.
