Legal Question in Federal Tort Claims in New York
Dont deal with family......
One of my family members was having finanical issues i, wrote up a document to purchase his 1997 bmw for $7,500,
gave him $1,500 down and took over his payments of $381.00
a month, his total balance owed to bank was $4,800, i have invested to date $1,500 + 1st payment of $381.00, and it was agreed in writeing that his loan would be paid off by
me in march 2006, he now refuses to sell me car, i have
documents he signed, stateing the terms of the deal, and
cancelled checks for payments, can small claims handle this,
as he refuses to refund the toatl amount due.......
