Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Taken advantage of and lied to at La Dolce Vita salon

My friends and I were approached in Times Square by a girl offering us a promotion for a salon in the city. It was for a free haircut, manicure, facial, massage, etc at an upscale salon. We got her price down to $20 and bought them. We made the appointment and went. While we were there, we were talked into getting our hair dyed as well as cut. I asked if it would cost extra and he man said no. Afterweards, they charged us each $128 for the dye and the cut when it was all supposed to be free after the initial $20. We paid because we didn't know what else to do. We were both 17 at the time. This was on August 14th. We paid them a total of $352. Do we have any rights in this situation? We feel we deserve our money back because we were lied to. I want to bring it to small claims court. Is that the right course of action? Do we have any chance of getting our money back as well as money back for the cost of filing any suits and stuff like that? Thank you very much for your help.
