Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Bailment law case question:

Note, this is not me being childish, this is me protecting my property that was given to me.

December 17th 2012 my girlfriend ended our relationship to get back with her ex. Not a huge deal since the relationship was still relatively new. She left random items here, with no statement of reclaiming them or even mention of them until three weeks ago. So here it is 3 months after the breakup and she is attempting to reclaim housewarming gifts bought for me and other items given to me during the relationship. My question is, does she have legal claim? Some of these housewarming gifts were given to me and are used daily and again were gifts. As far as I understand it, "reasonable time" equates to 30 days, not 90 days. I am willing to return some of the items, but again not the gifts or items given to me. Legal answers, sure it could be easier, but she is also attempting to reclaim receipts (which actually arent here) which I am assuming so she can attempt to prove ownership over the christmas gifts she gave me after the fact.

You have the gifts. She does not. I would tell her to pound salt, but make sure she does not have a key.
