I hired a 17 year old high school drop out to watch my 2 infants during the fall semester. I fired her when I found out she stole alcohol from me and neglected my children. I came home early one day to find my son sleeping on the couch in a puddle of urine and my daughter screaming in her crib with a diaper falling off soaked in urine and feces. Do I have to pay her for the services rendered during the last week of employment?
