Judges Powers and Jury Empanelment

What evidence is necessary for a judge in N.Y. Supreme Court in Nassau County to get a new jury pool to empanel a new jury during voir dire?

MUCH rests in the discretion of the Court... but clear bias, an inability to speak the language is for indivudual jurors..otherwsie you must how the entire panel was poisoned.

Before the trial begins, the Court asks if the Jury is acceptable to the parties. A NO answer is cause for trouble becasue same is made in front of the jury so ask for a sidebar on this question.
