liability involving a tree
neighbor complains that falling nuts from a hickory tree cracked a windshield and dented her car.she also claims she has slipped on some of the nuts that land in her driveway. the tree seems to be on my property but some of the branches seem to be over her driveway. my neighbor wants me to do something about the tree. what is my liability? Do i have any responsibility to trim or takedown the tree?

If the tree is on your property yes you have an obligation to take reasonable care so thart it does not cause harm to anyobe else's property.
