Re: medical payment

Wether the arena is required to pay medical expenses depends on what type of insurane they have and whether they were at fault for causing the injury.

An accident report should be filed immediately.

If the injury is serious, you should consult with a lawyer because your child might also be entitled to money damages for pain and suffering.

Additional info:

If your claim is against a public entity (city, state, town, village, etc.) the time deadline to file a "notice of claim" is 90 days after the accident. You should have a lawyer do this for you.
