Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Hi,

I recently received a letter from Health and Hospitals cocerning my private healthi nformation. T;he letter stated that me along with 1.7 million New Yorkers have been notified that our "Protected Health Info" which includes medical and personnal info has been stolen the vendor's van who has the contracted to transport them to a secure storage location.. This occurred on Dec 23, 2010 and am just getting the letter now. What can I do concerning this?
