Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
I have a recieved a summons for selling spray paint to a minor at my job. It was my fault I didnt ID him. I dont know what happens at a summons, never had a problem with the law, will I be fined, I plan on pleading quilty..will it go on my record!!!!!

If it's a first offense it's quite possible it will be dealt with either by adjournment in contemplation of dismissal or, at worst, a small fine.
