Repayment
I helped a friend to purchase a computer from Dell in December 2006 using my Dell credit account. He promised to repay the money in full by March 2007. It is now going on to May and I still have not received the repayment. Can I take him to court? How do I go about this?

Take him to small claims court for breach of contract.
