How much time is allowed to pay a judgement in small claims court?

In NY a judgment lasts for 20 years.

I received your inquiry today.

Generally, the small claims judgment says that it must be paid within 20 days. Thereafter, the creditor (the person who holds the judgment) can get the sheriff or marshall to collect it. Those fees for collections are added onto the "tab". The judgment itself is valid for 20 years.
