can I sue husbands ex employer

My hudband was injured at work he was a truck driver he was not on company property when injured. 4/15/02. can I sue his ex employer for loss of services he can no longer take care of the house or cars its costing a lot to have other people do the repairs that he used to do.

This likely depends on whether or not your husband had worker's compensation coverage. If he did, he likely cannot sue his employer, which means you cannot sue the employer either. If there is no worker's compensation coverage (or a contractual right to sue regardless of coverage) then you likely can sue.
