i need to sue someone for unreimbursed costs for 2 vacations. what do i need to do

If the vacations are part of your employment agreement, you may be able to file a complaint with the NYS Department of Labor. Otherwise, if the amount is under $5,000, you may file a small claims action for reimbursement.
