unauthorized use

An adjacent property neighbor(who were moving to a new location) left furniture/appliances in our garage without our permission. We have attempted to contact them to ask them to remove them. They have not responded. What are our legal recourses?

I need more information. How did they get use of your garage? Did they let you know of their intent to use your garage prior to use? Do you have their forwarding address? How much time has passed? You have options, but what they are is very fact speciific.
