Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

We did work for a celebrity at her upstate NY home and she stiffed us on payment. We want to file suit in small claims but we're not sure what address to put in order to serve her. She is seldom at the home where we did work and when she does come, it's not known to any locals and it's gated. We sent a certified letter demanding payment to that address which came back as unclaimed. We have no idea of how to obtain her NYC address. I only know an address for her finacial management firm of which we also sent a certified letter for demand of payment. Can you tell me how I go about suing her? Can I have the financial management firm served for her behalf? She has a track record of hiring and firing in this area without payment for services rendered.

You would sue her in Small Claims at her upstate NY address. Use her upstate NY home address. As long as she has residence, the Court has jurisdiction over her.
