Legal Question in Health Care Law in New York
can i sue a docor for breaking confidentiality? when i told my doctor about my drug use she told me she can not tell anyone unless i were going to hurt myself or someone else, therefore it was completely between me and her. 2 months later my dad takes my brother to his apt and a doctor told him EVERYTHING. my dad isn't even my legal guardian.
