i am a permanent resident of the us i am about to become us citizen,

i file i130 for my brother under 21 3 year ago i am getting divorced to my American husband help me sponsor my brother would it affect he's application ?

As a permanent resident, you are not eligible to sponsor your siblings. Once you become a citizen, you can then refile the application for him (his age is not relevant for your petition).

You should speak with an experienced immigration attorney regarding the procedure and processing times to ensure that your brother is eligible for permanent residency.
