Assuming that you are a U.S. citizen, and that you and your fiance have met in-person within the past 2 years, a fiance petition can be filed with the USCIS. It will be approved after several months, at which time he will be provided with instructions by the nearest U.S. Consulate to receive the K1 visa stamp. Your fiance will enter the U.S. and you must marry each other within 90 days of his entry. He will then apply for and receive resident status.

If you are a U.S. Citizenm, you can petition for your fiance or your spouse. If you file for your fiance, he will enter with fiance visa and will apply for green card here in USA, after you get married.

You can contact our firm if you need further assistance.

Yes, you can provided that 1) you are a US citizen, 2) both of you are single or divorced, 3) you met in in person (not merely through internet/phone) at least once within the past 2 years.

Tha petition is filed by you, a US citizen, with the USCIS. When approved, it will be forwarded to the US embassy in your fiance's home country. Then, he will complete visa aplications, pay the fees, gather all required supporting documents -- and if approved at the visa interview, will get a Fiance visa within a few days.

After his arrival in USA, you will have to marry within 90 days. If either one of you had change their mind about the marriage, he is required to go back to his home country, as he will not be able to stay.
