Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Hi, Can I apply green card thru both employer (EB2/3) and family (F2A) ? Will they impact each other? Any negative impacts? Thank you very much!

You can have both an approved I-140 & I-130. However, you can only apply for adjustment of status based on one petition!
