bad marriage

what will happen if the person who petitioned for me and in a marriage tries to ruin your life and have me deported by false report and accusation just to make me have to leave the country. What rights do I have?

You might be eligible to file petition by yourself as a battered spouse under Violence Against Women Act. You should discuss your case with an immigration attorney who can determine if you are eligible to file by yourself.

You may be eligible to file an application on your own as a battered spouse depending on what you mean by "ruining your life."
