my boyfriend

i would like to know if it's better if i get married with my boyfriend which is located in dominican republic or should i bring him to the usa as my boyfriend which one is more convinient and faster?

You may bring him to the US as your fiancee (which takes about 7 months to approve by the USCIS) or your husband after marriage (which takes about 7 months to approve by the USCIS as well).

Both options are available to you.

There are pros and cons to getting married in DR and filing for him as your spouse or filing for him as a fiance and then bringing him to the US.
