Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I came to this country illegaly when I was five, now I'm 22. My parents were both deported to Ecuador last year and I was wondering if there is any possibility that I can fix my status under the family act 245i. Both my parents had work permitts in 1991, 1992, 1993 and 1994. They have told me that my name is on the application for the work permitts. Do I qualify under this law? And if so how can I get records of the applications or anything because I applied for a foia request but they haven't returned anything. All they have done is send me letters that they can't find any information. Please let me know if there is any way to fix my situation.
